  Seva's Monday 6:00 evening class is a gift for anyone who goes back to work on Monday mornings. Whatever your day was like, imagine ending it in a room filled with kindness, patience, humor and calm. This is a place to come back to yourself, to get stronger. You feel safe there.
  
  And if you wanna work hard, you can do that too.
  
  Iyengar Yoga uses various props: fabric belts, soft (or hard) blocks, and blankets to accomodate variations in body restrictions and types. That makes it a good fit for beginners, who may not be able go all bendy from day one. Seva is great with beginners. But she is also an insightful, supportive teacher to me. I've been practicing for about ten years.
