  Greetings Zero Gravity,
  
  I understand there is some kind of mix up with your customer identities. My wife, Claudia, and I visited your location over ten months ago. Apparently some doppelgänger very recently visited your location under the guise of my wife's identity? Surely, this is a mistake on your part.
  
  I assure you that on the supposed day (Sunday) that this 'other' person visited your location my wife, who you claim left without paying, was at my side about 5 hours south of your location. The very next day, Monday, she was at work by 0800. Unless she drove over 100mph+ from Austin to Edinburg, there is no way possible she could have been in bed by 2200 on Sunday night.
  
  Did she clone herself?
  Are we living in the 'Matrix'? Is Neo playing a practical joke on us?
  Has quantum physics reached its pinnacle--people can teleport now?
  
  Please.
  
  This is an ERRONEOUS mistake on your part.
  
  Sure. You say the camera footage matches the picture you have on file. Is it possible that somehow you assigned my wife's picture to the wrong account?
  
  Small claims court?
  
  I assure you that if that is the route you choose to take you will have placed your efforts on the wrong customer and that there will be monetary repercussions incurred on your end.
  
  Let's end this. My wife. Myself. We were not there on the night/day you claim that this event happened.
