  I wish I could go below 1 star. 24 hour fitness is the worst gym experience I've had so far! They don't cancel your membership and keep on charging you when you don't even use their services. This is RIDICULOUS. When you give them a call they put you on hold for several minutes and nobody has an answer as to why we are charged. Every second day the manager changes so they have no idea about your case. I'm so done with this management. People you should try something else and NEVER EVER go here! (Rather try Orange Theory Fitness, they'll make you fall in love with the way they treat you!)
