  So I purchased this through Groupon and should have done more research. The first Brazilian wax I had was at another salon and it was professional and wonderful. This place however was the exact opposite.
  
  First it is just a room in the back of some random building and was so hard to find. So the lady asks me to disrobe as per usual but does not leave the room to give me privacy nor anything to cover up with. She just said hop up on the table when your done. :0
  
  So very uncomfortably I comply and then she asks me if I bruise easily? That is a very strange question to ask someone.... Then as she is waxing she asks me to hold my own skin taught while she waxes...pretty sure that her job. During the waxing she also says hold it tight this is going to hurt. I dont want to know its gonna hurt! I am already aware that its gonna hurt you dont have to remind me and make me more anxious!
  
  Also when I called the number it goes to someone who isn't even at the salon (room) so they have to call you back if they need to speak to the person that is there. Then once I am done she says something about oh if you get a rash call the owner. I dont understand.. that is just a weird thing to say. That shouldn't even be an issue to be talked about.
  
  Then I wanted to tip her because I used the groupon and she asks me how much I want to tip because she has to enter the amount. Talk about awkward!
  
  Lastly she left a bunch of wax on there and then offered me some coconut balm to put on so I wouldn't be sticky and have wax. I feel like that is something they should do, not ask you to apply your self when you are off of the table half disrobed and trying to get dressed.
  
  Would NEVER go back was very uncomfortable and sketchy. I am so glad this was not my first Brazilian wax or I would probably never get one again.
