  This was my first experience with Pilates and I highly recommend it. The studio is clean and comfortable (and charming). The instructor is very knowledgeable and explains the exercises and the purpose for each one. I am a nurse so I really appreciated that. I have worked with a trainer in a traditional gym and this was so much better. I felt like each area of my body got a good workout without the feeling of "torture". I think if you will try it you will like it!
